Screen Printing
Screen printing is a method of decorating custom apparel using inks, which are passed through a mesh screen to achieve your design. In screen printing, your logo or design is exposed onto the screen, washed out, set-up on our press, and using a squeegee-type blade the ink is passed through the screen onto the shirt.
SCREEN PRINTED PRODUCTS REQUIRE A MIMIMUM ORDER OF 12 PIECES PER COLOUR.

Digi Print
Similar to Vinyl, Digi print is accomplished using a material that is heat transferred to your garment however, using Digi print we can print a wider range of colours making your logo really come to life. We are also able to print photographs so you can save your favourite memories on a shirt or other items of clothing.

Embroidery
Embroidery is a popular decoration method where your logo or design is sewn onto a garment using a needle and thread. Embroidered images are sewn right on to the garment, so they’re forever & very durable.
EMBROIDERY IS RESTRICTED BY DESIGN AND COLOURS! A IMAGE FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO DIGITIZE UPLOADED IMAGES. SETUP FEE’S APPLY.

Direct to Garment
Direct To Garment is a technically advanced printing method that allows any type of digital artwork to be printed directly from computers to cotton garments, with the use of specialized printing hardware. There is no design limitation for the digital printing itself, which means you can print any design and colour. However, DTG printing is limited to cotton fabrics only so the water based inks can properly adhere to the garment. DTG is create for small runs, on-offs, or bright and colorful designs.

Vinyl
The heat transfer printing method applies custom designs to items like T-shirts or tablecloths through a process that used a combination of heat and pressure. A heat press is used to transfer each vinyl colour of the design onto the object being printed. With digital print heat transfer, the desired graphic is first digitally printed on special heat transfer paper using a solvent ink. This type of ink allows the design to be transferred from the paper to the item being printed when pressed with heat. With both these types of heat transfer, a heat press machine will be needed to transfer the graphic, either vinyl or digitally printed, from one surface to another, this magical combination of heat and pressure that transfers the design!

Engraving
Engraving is the process by which materials such as metals, glass, and wood are etched with text and designs using a diamond cutting process. Engravers have two main parts — a spindle and a cutting tool. They work together to cut into the materials and engrave images or text. In cutter engraving machines, the image or text to be engraved is entered into a computer software program that reads the data and transmits it to the machine to cut into the material. The flexible nature of the cutter engraver allows us to personalize a large array of gifts.
